Return & Exchange Policy – GehnaLook

At GehnaLook, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that your jewelry reaches you in proper condition.

No Return & No Exchange Policy

All purchases made through the GehnaLook website are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

Due to the nature of our jewelry products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect product selected by the customer
• Personal preferences
• Color or appearance preferences
• Products that have been worn or used
• Products damaged after delivery
• Products showing normal wear and tear or tarnishing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from the product you ordered, please contact GehnaLook customer support as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the matter and determine whether any resolution is applicable.

Any claim regarding a damaged or incorrect item must be reported promptly after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and processed for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

If you wish to request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Jewelry Care & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for taking proper care of their jewelry after delivery.

Silver jewelry may naturally tarnish or change appearance over time due to exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, or other environmental factors. Such changes are considered normal and are not eligible for return or exchange.

GehnaLook is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, cleaning, or handling of the product.

Refunds

Since GehnaLook follows a No Return & No Exchange Policy, refunds are generally not available.

In exceptional cases where GehnaLook determines that a refund is appropriate, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to our verification and approval.
