1. Ludhiana Delivery
For customers located within Ludhiana, Punjab:
- Free delivery is available within Ludhiana.
- Delivery is generally completed within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Delivery is handled directly by GehnaLook; no third-party delivery service is involved.
- Our delivery team may contact you before delivering your order.
2. Delivery Outside Ludhiana – Within India
For orders delivered outside Ludhiana but within India:
- A flat delivery charge of ₹100 applies.
- Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery may take longer in remote areas, during holidays, festivals, adverse weather, or due to other unforeseen circumstances.
3. International Shipping
For orders delivered outside India:
- Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after order confirmation.
- International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
- Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact information.
GehnaLook will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
